1.        依據(jù)已經(jīng)確定的合成路線開展實驗,得到最終產(chǎn)物，完成全合成項目和報告；
2.        能夠獨立地設置和設計多步有機化學合成反應，評估并確立多條可行的合成路線；
3.        選擇各項反應參數(shù)，優(yōu)化反應條件；打通合成路線；
4.        熟練掌握實驗室常用的化合物分離提純技術(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定方法；
5.        清晰完整地完成實驗記錄，項目進展報告，積極的與主管和客戶進行良好的項目溝通；
6.        請附上工作總結(jié)(PPT)

職位要求：
1.        有機化學，藥物化學，化學及應用化學等相關專業(yè)畢業(yè)。本科二年以上相關經(jīng)驗；碩士一年以上相關經(jīng)驗；注：碧科亦歡迎優(yōu)秀應屆畢業(yè)生加入。
2.        有較強的獨立工作能力和分析、解決問題能力；
3.        有藥物合成或有機合成相關工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
