2.        能夠獨(dú)立地設(shè)置和設(shè)計(jì)多步有機(jī)化學(xué)合成反應(yīng)，評估并確立多條可行的合成路線；
3.        選擇各項(xiàng)反應(yīng)參數(shù)，優(yōu)化反應(yīng)條件；打通合成路線；
4.        熟練掌握實(shí)驗(yàn)室常用的化合物分離提純技術(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定方法；
5.        清晰完整地完成實(shí)驗(yàn)記錄，項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展報(bào)告，積極的與主管和客戶進(jìn)行良好的項(xiàng)目溝通；

1. Organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, chemistry and applied chemistry and other related professional graduate. Related one- two years working experience in chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry; Excellent fresh bachlors or fresh maters are also welcome to join Bicoll.
2. Strong independent work ability and good ability to analyze and solve problems
3. Candidates with experience for the relevant synthesis work are preferred.
4. Team spirit, diligent and responsible.
5. Good written and spoken English;

3.        選擇各項(xiàng)反應(yīng)參數(shù)，優(yōu)化反應(yīng)條件；打通合成路線；
4.        熟練掌握實(shí)驗(yàn)室常用的化合物分離提純技術(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定方法；
