導師介紹：
Stephen Mann is Professor of Chemistry, Fellowship of the Royal Society (FRS), Director of the Centre for Organized Matter Chemistry, Director of the Centre for Protolife Research, and Principal of the Bristol Centre for Functional Nanomaterials at the University of Bristol, UK.
He is a founder of biomimetic materials chemistry, and is distinguished for contributions to biomineralization and for pioneering the bioinspired synthesis and self-assembly of functional nanostructures and hybrid nanoscale objects.  His research interests are focused on the chemical synthesis, characterization and emergence of complex forms of organized matter, including models of protocell assembly.

合作研究方向：
原始細胞（Protocells）、軟物質（Soft matter）、微流控（Microfluidics）、人工細胞（Artificial cells）、團聚體（Coacervates）、膠體與界面科學（Colloids and interfaces）和無細胞合成生物學（Cell-free synthetic biology）等。

招聘人數：2-4名，入職時間可協商。
工作地點：中國上海和英國布里斯托（Bristol, UK），根據需要安排。

崗位待遇：
1、根據申請者背景，一事一議，工資由兩個課題組共同支付。具有高水平論文發(fā)表經歷者，年薪不低于30萬元。2、鼓勵和支持博士后研究人員申報"博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計劃"（"博新計劃"，兩年60萬資助，其中40萬為博士后日常經費，20萬為博士后科學基金）、國家自然科學青年基金等項目；3、按照上海市和上海交通大學博士后管理政策辦理有關落戶事宜，享受社會保險、公積金等福利待遇；4、取得優(yōu)秀科研成果、滿足上交教研序列要求者，經評估后可推薦留校獲教軌教職。

招聘條件：1，教育經歷：具有博士學位； 2，學科方向：高分子、材料、分析化學、物理化學、生物化工、合成生物學、化學生物學、微化工和微流控技術等相關相近方向； 3，具有較好的英語寫作能力和口語交流能力。
