導(dǎo)師介紹：
Stephen Mann is Professor of Chemistry, Fellowship of the Royal Society (FRS), Director of the Centre for Organized Matter Chemistry, Director of the Centre for Protolife Research, and Principal of the Bristol Centre for Functional Nanomaterials at the University of Bristol, UK.
He is a founder of biomimetic materials chemistry, and is distinguished for contributions to biomineralization and for pioneering the bioinspired synthesis and self-assembly of functional nanostructures and hybrid nanoscale objects.  His research interests are focused on the chemical synthesis, characterization and emergence of complex forms of organized matter, including models of protocell assembly.

合作研究方向：
原始細(xì)胞（Protocells）、軟物質(zhì)（Soft matter）、微流控（Microfluidics）、人工細(xì)胞（Artificial cells）、團(tuán)聚體（Coacervates）、膠體與界面科學(xué)（Colloids and interfaces）和無細(xì)胞合成生物學(xué)（Cell-free synthetic biology）等。

招聘人數(shù)：2-4名，入職時(shí)間可協(xié)商。
工作地點(diǎn)：中國上海和英國布里斯托（Bristol, UK），根據(jù)需要安排。

崗位待遇：
1、根據(jù)申請者背景，一事一議，工資由兩個(gè)課題組共同支付。具有高水平論文發(fā)表經(jīng)歷者，年薪不低于30萬元。2、鼓勵(lì)和支持博士后研究人員申報(bào)"博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計(jì)劃"（"博新計(jì)劃"，兩年60萬資助，其中40萬為博士后日常經(jīng)費(fèi)，20萬為博士后科學(xué)基金）、國家自然科學(xué)青年基金等項(xiàng)目；3、按照上海市和上海交通大學(xué)博士后管理政策辦理有關(guān)落戶事宜，享受社會保險(xiǎn)、公積金等福利待遇；4、取得優(yōu)秀科研成果、滿足上交教研序列要求者，經(jīng)評估后可推薦留校獲教軌教職。

招聘條件：1，教育經(jīng)歷：具有博士學(xué)位； 2，學(xué)科方向：高分子、材料、分析化學(xué)、物理化學(xué)、生物化工、合成生物學(xué)、化學(xué)生物學(xué)、微化工和微流控技術(shù)等相關(guān)相近方向； 3，具有較好的英語寫作能力和口語交流能力。
