With reference to your paper, I would like to inform you that during the evaluation of the manuscript title similar to that of your paper has been found published (by other authors). Therefore, please ask your author to contact the authors of that publication available at https://www.researchgate.net/pub ... urethane-cement_PUC and ask them for complete PDF file of the article and send that file to us for further evaluation. Moreover, you are also requested to provide an alternative working email Id which you have used in any of your previous publications along with an updated CV with complete list of publications, as the provided email Id is not found on web. 這是我第一次回復(fù)的 Thank you for your letter . Now I want to use the new email ID as a formal mailbox for scientific research and use it for a long time. My previous mail ID is 996349518@qq.com. Moreover, the attachment is the complete PDF file of the article at "An experimental study on strengthening reinforced concrete T-beams using new material poly-urethane-cement（PUC）" , please check it. The PUC material is used in this article and my manuscript. In this article， the PUC material was used to strengthen beam only through laboratory test. In order to obtain reinforcement effect of the PUC material in the practical engineering， my paper describes PUC as a material used to strengthen a 29-year-old bridge, including design, field application，field test and analysis.
