求助 H1B沈陽2月16日面簽 被check至今 說可能還需要幾個月 心急如焚�。�！ 已有1人參與

不知大家有沒有遇到過這種情況，具體為何AP并沒有說，也沒要求補(bǔ)充材料，審核時間也從幾周變成了幾個月，目前work from home，但能做的有限，公司還等著我盡快回去，剛被check時告訴老板要幾周，現(xiàn)在也不知該如何跟老板交代這個需要幾個月的新情況，眼看著自己的車，租的房子在那沒人管，老公在美國另一個州工作也只能跟著干著急。律師說現(xiàn)在只能等移民局聯(lián)系我們，心急如焚�。。。�！希望大家能給些建議，該如何加快這個審核進(jìn)程。新人金幣少，日后必重謝！�。【唧w情況如下： 2月16日沈陽簽證，非敏感專業(yè)，change of status未通過，所以被USCIS指定到沈陽領(lǐng)事館面簽。VO只看了I-797, 問了做什么工作，在哪個州，然后和身后一個金發(fā)女討論一會兒，回來就說要AP，給了藍(lán)條，而且把護(hù)照還給我了，我問了要多久，說不確定，回去網(wǎng)上查update�；厝ゾ筒榈皆贏P，需要several weeks。2月26日改了更新日期，但內(nèi)容仍不變，還是AP，還是說需要several weeks。期間我每周在網(wǎng)上給領(lǐng)事館提交一個inquiry，都無回復(fù)。3月4日，終于給我打電話說case暫不能通過，要退回給USCIS重新審核，具體內(nèi)容會給我郵件，之后我問什么都說不知道，看郵件，等USCIS消息之類，等了一下午，收到郵件如下：（至今領(lǐng)事館網(wǎng)上還是2月26日的更新） Section 221g of the Immigration and Nationality Act( INA) prohibits a consular officer from issuing a visa to an alien if the consular officer has reason to believe that the alien is ineligible. We are returning your petition to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for review and possible revocation. If USCIS determines that the information we are providing constitutes sufficient foundation for initiating revocation proceedings, you will be sent a notice of intent to revoke that includes a statement of the facts and evidence. You will have the opportunity to respond at that point. If USCIS determines that there is no basis to revoke your petition, we will proceed to adjudicate your case. We regret that the review process for possible petition revocation can sometimes take several months, and we will be unable to provide any information on your case until this review is completed. 再次拜謝并祝所有AP的小伙伴盡快拿到簽證�。。。�！  |
