目的：本研究通過滴鼻方法建立呼吸道合胞病毒（RSV）感染幼齡BALB/c小鼠RSV肺炎模型，采用ELISA法，檢測(cè)血清中IL-2的含量變化，采用免疫組化法，檢測(cè)肺組織中、NF-κBp65表達(dá)的變化，觀察桑葉對(duì)RSV誘導(dǎo)幼齡小鼠肺炎模型的治療效果，為臨床治療RSV肺炎提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
材料與方法：
1.采用鼻腔接種呼吸道合胞病毒 long 株建立幼齡小鼠 RSV 感染模型，通過飲食、呼吸、皮毛、活動(dòng)量及體重等一般狀態(tài)的改變，肺指數(shù)測(cè)定及肺組織病理光鏡下觀察結(jié)果鑒定小鼠RSV肺炎模型。
2.將120只幼齡BALB/c小鼠隨機(jī)分為正常組、模型組、治療組、對(duì)照組，共4組，每組30只，除正常組外，其余組均建立RSV感染模型。小鼠感染RSV病毒2h后，治療組予桑葉91mg/(kg•d)灌胃，對(duì)照組組予病毒唑114mg/(kg•d)灌胃，正常組與模型組予等體積生理鹽水灌胃, 1次/d，分別于造模后第3、5、7天處死取材，每組10只，觀察桑葉對(duì)小鼠RSV肺炎的防治作用。
3.采用免疫組織化學(xué)方法，檢測(cè)各組小鼠肺組織不同時(shí)間點(diǎn) NF-κB p65表達(dá)情況；采用ELISA方法，檢測(cè)各組小鼠血清不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)IL-2表達(dá)情況。

Purpose: This review etablished respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection in young BALB / c mice RSV pneumonia model by inanasal method.It exam  content the changes of the serum IL-2 by using the method of ELISA and detected NF kappa bp65 expression changes with the immunohistochemical  technique.
By meams of the obseration that mulberry leaves on RSV induced by treatment of pneumonia in young mice model ,we can provide the experimental basis for the clinical treatment of RSV pneumonia.
Materials and methods:
Materials and methods:
1. The intranasal inoculation of respiratory syncytial virus long line of young mice RSV infection model and general state of  diet, respiratory, skin, hair and body weight changes, lung index determination and lung tissue pathological light microscope observation results to identified mice RSV pneumonia model
2.  120 young BALB / c mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, treatment group, control group, a total of 4 groups, with 30 rats in each group, except the normal group, other groups were established model of RSV infection. Mice infected with RSV 2h, the treatment group treated with mulberry leaves 91mg/ (kg - D) by gavage. The control group was treated with ribavirin 114mg/ (kg-d) and the normal group and model group were given the same volume of saline by gavage, 1 times / D, respectively, the 3,5,7 day after modeling, killed, with 10 rats in each group observed the preventive and therapeutic effects of mulberry leaves on RSV pneumonia in mice.
3 the expression of B kappa p65 NF- in different time points of lung tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method. The expression of IL-2 in different time points in each group was detected by ELISA method.
