緊急求助，教授發(fā)了邀請函，學(xué)院不給ds2019 已有1人參與

回復(fù)內(nèi)容是這樣的： 教授：I'm really sorry to let you know that the Department of Economics at UCSD just informed me that you cannot become a Ph.D. candidate at there because the department is not capable of providing you with all the services that would be necessary for you to successfully complete your studies and research work. What I can offer you now is the following solution: I'm also full professor of Economics at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BUTE). You can become a Ph.D. candidate there and I would act as your tutor and supervisor. Please, let me know whether you are interested. I'm sorry again about all your inconvenience. I hope to work with you in the future at BUTE. With best regards, 我覺得他搞錯(cuò)了，我只是去做訪問學(xué)者，不是去拿博士學(xué)位，然后我這么回復(fù)他： Is there any misunderstanding within? I will become a visiting scholar under J1 instead of PHD student undef F1.
