在考慮 自然對(duì)流的 情況下,利用 FLUENT軟件 研究了 進(jìn)口工況、模型結(jié)構(gòu)、相變材料(PCM)物性 及 相變材料組合 對(duì) 列管式 相變儲(chǔ)能換熱器 儲(chǔ)熱換熱性能 的影響。結(jié)果表明:在 進(jìn)口功率 一定的 條件下,提高 進(jìn)口溫度 或 進(jìn)口速度 對(duì) 強(qiáng)化換熱效果 影響不大;管內(nèi) 添加翅片 及 提高相變材料 導(dǎo)熱系數(shù) 對(duì) 強(qiáng)化換熱 較為顯著,最佳的翅片 結(jié)構(gòu) 較 光管結(jié)構(gòu) 的 完全熔化時(shí)間 提高了30.7%,但 也一定程度上 削弱了 自然對(duì)流 強(qiáng)化換熱作用;對(duì)于 管列數(shù)較多 的情況,使用 相變材料組合 是一種有效的 強(qiáng)化換熱方式
Under the condition where natural convection is considered, we researched the influences of inlet condition, model structure, PCM physical property and combination of PCMs on the heat accumulation and heat transferring performance of tubular phase-change heat storage and transferring device using FLUENT software. Results show that under certain inlet power, increasing inlet temperature or velocity makes an insignificant effect to heat transfer enhancement performance; while adding more fins in tube or increasing heat conductivity coefficient of PCM can make a significant difference. It shows that the structure with optimal number of fins accelerated complete melting time by 30.7% than structure without fins did, while it also reduce the role of natural convection in heat transfer enhancement in certain degree; For structure with relatively large number of tubulatures, combination of PCMs is an effective method for heat transfer enhancement. |
