關(guān)于醫(yī)學(xué)方面的英文翻譯 已有1人參與

自己閨蜜讓幫忙調(diào)整一下下面的英文翻譯，奈何非本人專業(yè)且沒有時(shí)間，在此重金懸賞專業(yè)人士幫忙！ 研究與乳腺癌、卵巢癌遺傳性相關(guān)的BRCA1、BRCA2、CHEK2、ATM等所有基因在大量腫瘤樣本中的分布情況，并結(jié)合諸如NBS等信號(hào)通路分析的方法來探索這兩種癌癥中癌癥突變進(jìn)行分層的方式。 1、閱讀文獻(xiàn)，選取100個(gè)以上的乳腺癌、卵巢癌遺傳性相關(guān)基因； 2、根據(jù)篩選的基因，分析各個(gè)基因在這一萬(wàn)例樣本中的分布情況； 3、根據(jù)信號(hào)通路關(guān)系，建立乳腺癌、卵巢癌遺傳性相關(guān)基因預(yù)測(cè)模型，并利用 這一萬(wàn)例樣本進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證； 4.以信號(hào)通路為基礎(chǔ)，根據(jù)乳腺癌，卵巢癌的胚系突變情況進(jìn)行分層模型的探索，并逐步收集具有完整臨床數(shù)據(jù)的樣本，同時(shí)進(jìn)行分層模型與臨床數(shù)據(jù)的關(guān)聯(lián)。 The research goal is find the distribution of a large number of real tumor sample of the gene which all the literatures reported related to breast cancer and ovarian cancer,like BRCA1, BRCA2, CHEK2, ATM, etc. And then, explore the ways to stratify this two types of cancer by the network analysis. 1, reading literature, selection of hereditary breast cancer and ovarian cancer related genes of more than 100; 2, according to the screening of genes, analysis of the distribution of each gene in the ten thousand cases in the sample; 3, according to the signal pathway, the establishment of hereditary breast cancer and ovarian cancer related gene prediction model, which is validated by the ten thousand samples; 4. To explore the stratification model based on the signal pathway of breast cancer and ovarian cancer germ line mutation, collect the samples with complete clinical data, and analyze the correlation of clinical data. |

The study aimed at finding the distribution of a large number of real tumor sample of the gene which all the literatures reported related to breast cancer and ovarian cancer,like BRCA1, BRCA2, CHEK2, ATM, etc. Moreover, we also explored the ways to stratify this two types of cancer by the network analysis. 1, After reading literature, more than 100 hereditary breast cancer and ovarian cancer related genes were selected ; 2, according to the screened genes, the distribution of each gene in the ten thousand cases in the sample was analyzed; 3, according to the signal pathway, hereditary breast cancer and ovarian cancer related gene prediction model was established, which is validated by the ten thousand samples; 4. According to breast cancer and ovarian cancer germ line mutation, the stratification model was explored based on the signal pathways. The samples with complete clinical data were collected,and a connection between stratification model and clinical data was performed, |
