PhD positions in LMU, Munich, Germany 已有18人參與

研究組計(jì)劃招聘PhD學(xué)生 （詳情請見下面的廣告），博士期間工資由DFG項(xiàng)目提供，收入按照德國TVL-13等級 (50% - 65%), 稅后（已扣除公立醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用）大概有1200 - 1500 歐每個(gè)月 （德國稅后工資跟個(gè)人的工作年限，婚姻狀態(tài)，有沒有小孩有直接關(guān)系）。德國慕尼黑大學(xué)注冊，畢業(yè)之后拿的是慕尼黑大學(xué)的學(xué)位。 我們研究所主要是從事動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化機(jī)理研究，以動(dòng)物模型為主。詳情請見所里主頁http://www.klinikum.uni-muenchen ... 0-People/index.html�，F(xiàn)在有不同的研究小組，從事不同方向的研究。我們研究小組在Prof. Andreas Habenicht的帶領(lǐng)下，主要以78周的ApoE-/-小鼠為模型，研究血管外膜的adaptive immune responses。Prof. Habenicht在2004 – 2005年之間發(fā)現(xiàn)動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化血管外膜出現(xiàn)T細(xì)胞和B細(xì)胞聚集，這個(gè)新發(fā)現(xiàn)的結(jié)構(gòu)被Prof. Habenicht命名為Artery Tertiary Lymphoid Organ（ATLO）, 經(jīng)過近10年的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，ATLOs可能控制了動(dòng)脈粥樣的免疫反應(yīng)，并具有動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化保護(hù)作用（詳情可參考文獻(xiàn)Zhao L et al., 2004, Nat Med; Moos MP et al., 2005, ATVB; Gräbner R et al., 2009, JEM; Mohanta SK and Yin C et al., 2014, Cir Res; Hu D et al., 2015, Immunity）。 關(guān)于Prof. Andreas Habenicht，可參見其發(fā)表的文獻(xiàn)http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=Habenicht+A%5BAuthor%5D。 關(guān)于英語的要求，我們并不強(qiáng)制要求雅思或者其他的成績證明。但是并不是說我們對語言沒有要求，我們期待3個(gè)月之后，你能夠用英語同其他的同事正常交流，6個(gè)月之后能夠用英語在所里做學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告。另外，提醒大家一個(gè)相關(guān)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是，根據(jù)德國的法律，一般一開始都是給6個(gè)月的工作合同，雇主是有權(quán)利在6個(gè)月之后終止合同的。 歡迎對科研非常感興趣的同學(xué)請發(fā)送 CV + motivation letter + contact details of 2 referees 到 Dr. Sarajo Mohanta (sarajo.mohanta@med.uni-muenchen.de) or Dr. Changjun Yin (changjun.yin@med.uni-muenchen.de). （之前有些同學(xué)還缺了哪些文件趕緊補(bǔ)發(fā)一下吧！） 其中一個(gè)職位主要從事next-generation sequencing方面的工作，特別歡迎有NGS文庫制備，數(shù)據(jù)分析等工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同學(xué)。 另外一個(gè)職位主要從事動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化和神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)crosstalk。 一些具體的要求請注意看下面的英文廣告。 PhD positions for projects in basic cardiovascular research funded by the German Research Council. We are recruiting PhD candidates at the Institute for Cardiovascular Prevention (IPEK) in Munich (http://www.klinikum.uni-muenchen ... search/index.html). PhD students will work in an international team of experienced staff, PhD students, and postdocs. Salary according to TV-L (duration 3 years). Interview expenses will not be reimbursed. Research areas: Cardiovascular research in atherosclerosis T/B cell autoimmunity and atherosclerosis-nervous system crosstalk in aged hyperlipidemic mice. Techniques: Flow cytometry, confocal laser scanning microscopy, next-generation sequencing, software application, mouse dissection, microsurgery, and cell culture. Requirements: Immunology, cell biology, molecular biology and microscopy. Interest in cardiovascular diseases, fluent English, teamwork, commitment, resilience, and desire to learn new techniques.
