【博后招聘】美國Texas A&M 健康醫(yī)學(xué)中心休斯頓分部 本研究所地處美國最大的休斯頓醫(yī)學(xué)中心，主要從事表觀基因?qū)W在白血病和淋巴瘤的發(fā)病和病程發(fā)展中的作用，同時開發(fā)新藥進(jìn)行表觀遺傳靶向治療，待遇從優(yōu)。 1. 具有免疫，造血干細(xì)胞，實驗血液學(xué)方面研究訓(xùn)練，并獲相關(guān)專業(yè)博士或以上學(xué)位(博士即將畢業(yè)或博士畢業(yè)三年內(nèi)優(yōu)先)； 2. 能夠熟練培養(yǎng)免疫細(xì)胞 (比如T細(xì)胞，B 細(xì)胞和造血干細(xì)胞)，進(jìn)行免疫細(xì)胞鑒定、定向分化、流式分析檢測等相關(guān)免疫細(xì)胞研究技術(shù)； 3. 具有基本生物操作技術(shù)：分子生物克隆，包被病毒，細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)等工作經(jīng)驗； 4. 具有一定的小鼠工作經(jīng)驗和/或二代測序經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先； 5. 具有良好的英語口語和書面表達(dá)能力，可以熟練閱讀英文科技文獻(xiàn)； 6. 具備一定的獨立工作能力和團(tuán)隊合作能力。 工作地點：美國休斯頓 聯(lián)系方式：yun.huang@ibt.tamhsc.edu -------------------------------------------------------------- Postdoctoral research position in cancer epigenetics We are seeking highly skilled and motivated candidates for a postdoctoral research associate position in cancer epigenetics and cancer immunotherapy in the laboratory of Dr. Yun Huang, Center for Epigenetics and Disease Prevention. This position is focused on dissecting the role of novel epigenetic regulators in leukemia and lymphoma, and developing new therapies to treat blood cancer by targeting aberrant epigenetic regulators. This position provides broad training and a highly collaborative and stimulating environment for both basic and translational cancer epigenetic research. Qualifications: • Ph.D. in biology or related science is required. A strong background in immunology, hematology, or tumor immunology is preferred. • Hands-on experience with tissue culture of cell lines, isolation and culture of blood cells (including but not limited to hematopoietic stem cells and T or B lymphocytes). • Experience in retro- or lenti-virus generation, cell transfection/transduction methods. • Familiar with multicolor flow cytometry instrument use and data analysis. • Experience in immunology techniques including ELISA, colony forming unit (CFU) assay, flow-based cytokine determination, cellular proliferation and cytotoxicity assays. • Experience with standard epigenomic studies, such as DNA methylation analysis, ChIP analysis. Experience with high-throughput sequencing technology is preferred. • Experience with standard mouse handling is preferred. • Familiarity with standard molecular biology methods (western blot, qPCR, cloning, protein/DNA biochemistry). • Familiar with genome editing technologies is desirable. This position will provide a unique and multidisciplinary exposure of cancer epigenetics, hematopoietic stem cell development and disease transformation, cancer immunology. |
