各位前輩，這是今天收到的返修信里面的內(nèi)容： Full botanical plant names, including authorities, must be mentioned besides the local names and if existing, an English name(see K. Chan, et al. Please check also if your plant name corresponds to the latest revision in "The Plant List" (www.theplantlist.org ). In case of other organism then plants, also the full scientific name should be given! A voucher specimen must be deposited in a recognized herbarium in case of plants, or otherwise an appropriate chemical fingerprint is required for future reference. A proper chemical profile (e.g. TLC, HPLC, GC, MS or NMR) is welcomed in all studies on medicinal plants. In case of well known medicinal plants with fully known active compounds, and which can be found in a pharmacopeia, the content of these active compounds should be determined. Simple chemical reactions for common classes of natural products do not qualify for a chemical fingerprinting. In case of industrial products, full details on the batch number, contents, method of extraction and preparation of the final formulation, including quality control data must be made available. | 中藥復(fù)方發(fā)SCI相對(duì)困難，既然你是藥廠提供的，那你需要向藥廠索取指紋圖譜，并且標(biāo)明有效的成分，要用英文名或者化學(xué)名。你說(shuō)的這些其實(shí)核心就是，需要一個(gè)HPLC/NMR的指紋圖譜，以及相關(guān)的質(zhì)控報(bào)告。 |
