深圳大學(xué)梁子賢課題組招博士后
|
一、研究方向： （1）各種復(fù)雜人工材料（例如各類metamaterial/metasurface，photonic/phononic crystals，plasma）相關(guān)理論； （2）acoustic metamaterials 實(shí)驗； （3）變換光學(xué)理論； 二、應(yīng)聘條件（要求）： （1）已取得博士學(xué)位，年齡在32歲以下，具有較強(qiáng)的英語閱讀和寫作能力； （2）具有較強(qiáng)的科研創(chuàng)新能力和團(tuán)隊協(xié)作精神； （3）具有良好的學(xué)術(shù)道德和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)科學(xué)態(tài)度、身體健康、能勝任崗位的工作要求； （4）在職人員不得兼職從事博士后研究工作 （5）有相關(guān)研究方向?qū)I(yè)背景者； （6）近3年內(nèi)以第一作者在本領(lǐng)域國際知名期刊發(fā)表論文2篇以上者 三、聘期待遇： （1）按深圳市政府博士后研究生資助規(guī)定，中期考核和出站考核合格后可向深圳市申請兩期補(bǔ)助，每期12萬元（稅后）； （2）深圳大學(xué)提供每年5萬元生活津貼，按月發(fā)放； （3）每月發(fā)放2240元房補(bǔ)，發(fā)放24個月； （4）每月200元誤餐補(bǔ)貼，每年發(fā)放10個月； （5）合作導(dǎo)師每月發(fā)放理工科不少于2000元科研津貼。 （6）按深圳市政府有關(guān)規(guī)定，對出站后留深工作者給予10萬元科研啟動經(jīng)費(fèi)；符合深圳市后備級人才條件的可以獲得80萬元的住房補(bǔ)貼。 （7）博士后人員進(jìn)站，可自愿選擇落戶深圳市。選擇落戶深圳市的，其配偶及未成年子女可辦理隨遷入戶。博士后子女入托、入學(xué)等按深圳市相關(guān)條例執(zhí)行。 四、應(yīng)聘者請?zhí)峁┮韵虏牧希?br /> （1）個人簡歷 （2）學(xué)位證明復(fù)印件 （3）反應(yīng)本人學(xué)術(shù)水平的代表性成果（2篇以上） （4）博士后進(jìn)站申請表書及相關(guān)的表格 （5）導(dǎo)師推薦信 （6）其他需要說明的問題 五、報名截止日期：2016年6月30日 六、聯(lián)系人 梁子賢博士 Email：zixianliang@szu.edu.cn 電話：0755-86934665 附：合作導(dǎo)師簡介 梁子賢，男，2005年獲上海交通大學(xué)應(yīng)用物理系理學(xué)學(xué)士，2010年獲中國科學(xué)院上海微系統(tǒng)與信息技術(shù)研究所微電子學(xué)與固體電子學(xué)工學(xué)博士。2010年9月至2013年10月在香港城市大學(xué)Jensen LI（現(xiàn)英國伯明翰大學(xué)）研究組從事博士后研究工作。2014年5月起，作為副教授受聘于深圳大學(xué)電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院。目前，以深圳大學(xué)為依托單位主持NSFC面上及青年基金項目各一、深圳市海外高層次人才（孔雀計劃）啟動項目。研究背景和興趣主要包括各類復(fù)雜人工材料如特異介質(zhì)、光子晶體及變換光學(xué)理論等。迄今在國際知名期刊上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文20余篇，包括：PRL, Sci.
