都靈大學(xué)生物系生物化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室現(xiàn)招聘博士生一名 課題方向：生物化學(xué)、結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué) 課題開始時(shí)間：2016年10月1日 提供全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，學(xué)制3年，博士期間可以申請去外校交流學(xué)習(xí)一年，期間在原有獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的基礎(chǔ)上還會(huì)加上額外的50%的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金做為補(bǔ)助。 都靈大學(xué)簡介：根據(jù)最新發(fā)布的2015年“CWUR”世界大學(xué)排名中心（Center for World University Rankings）結(jié)果顯示，都靈大學(xué)的師資質(zhì)量位居世界第163位，綜合學(xué)術(shù)能力位居世界第221位，意大利國內(nèi)第五位；在上海交通大學(xué)“ARWU”世界大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)排名當(dāng)中，都靈大學(xué)綜合學(xué)術(shù)能力在2015年位居世界第196位，意大利國內(nèi)第五位。在2014年位居世界第193位，意大利國內(nèi)第六位。 實(shí)驗(yàn)室主頁：http://www.biochemistry-scienze.unito.it 實(shí)驗(yàn)室大老板以前是帝國理工學(xué)院的一名Reader，后到都靈大學(xué)做研究。 英語環(huán)境：實(shí)驗(yàn)室所有的會(huì)議報(bào)告全部用英文，畢業(yè)論文必須用英文，實(shí)驗(yàn)室的英文環(huán)境還可以，不過出了實(shí)驗(yàn)室的話，校外的人很多都不會(huì)講英語，意大利整體英語環(huán)境不好。 要求：對語言沒有要求，不需要雅思托福之類的，也不需要意大利語證書，如果碩士期間發(fā)表過文章的話機(jī)會(huì)會(huì)很大。有感興趣的同學(xué)可以把個(gè)人簡歷發(fā)到giovanna.dinardo@unito.it郵箱，至于推薦人的話其實(shí)無所謂，只要有文章可能性就比較大。 實(shí)驗(yàn)室能發(fā)表的最好的文章影響因子大概9左右，沒有能力發(fā)表CNS之類的文章，因此對自己期望高的同學(xué)就不用申請了。 PhD Studentship, University of Turin, Italy Project Title: X-ray crystallography of redox enzymes for structure-guided design of new biocatalysts. Supervisor: Dr Giovanna Di Nardo Eligibility: EU and non-EU students Duration: 3 years Start Date: 1st Oct 2016 Applications are invited for a PhD position sponsored by the University of Turin, Department of Life Sciences and Systems Biology (http://www.biochemistry-scienze.unito.it) in the field of x-ray crystallography and biocatalysis. Biocatalysis is an alternative and selective approach to synthesise a wide range of molecules with the advantage of lowering the environmental impact that is one of the goals of “green chemistry”. The project aims at the resolution of the crystal structure of bacterial and human enzymes important for biocatalytic applications such as the synthesis of drug metabolites, the production of fine chemicals and biomass conversion for the synthesis of valuable products. The candidate must have experience in protein chemistry and characterisation. Previous experience in crystallography is a plus. The candidate will acquire detailed experience in protein chemistry and x-ray crystallography and gain training in a wide range of research techniques including protein spectroscopy, calorimetry and dynamic light scattering applied in the field of crystallisation.
