JAP到底是怎么校對(duì)的？？？迷惑中

如題，中了AIP旗下的JAP，要求校對(duì)，二天內(nèi)完成 由于以前都是在艾斯維爾灌水，第一次投這么高端的雜志，有點(diǎn)手足無(wú)措 關(guān)于如何校對(duì)是這么說(shuō)的： How to Review and Approve Your Manuscript Proof for Publication Download your proof and save it to your desktop. Please be sure to check the entire text, captions, equations, and tables. Check each graphic in your proof carefully. Annotate the PDF with any required changes. NB: The appearance and quality of graphics in the proofs directly reflect how they will appear in the final published paper online. Graphics may have been down-sampled to produce a more manageable file size for researchers to more easily download your published article. For additional information about color in your figures, please see footnote No. 1 below. Indicate any corrections by annotating the proof PDF and saving it to your desktop. Please note: We cannot accept proofs that have been altered using pdf editing programs. To annotate the PDF, open the PDF file, then choose Comment → Annotations. If you are using Acrobat Reader X, use the insert text, strikethrough and add note to replace text tools. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader X or are a Linux user, please see the information provided in footnote No. 2. Extensive corrections may warrant Editorial Office review and will delay publication. Note that TeX formatting cannot be used in your annotations on the PDF proofs. Permissions: The author is responsible for obtaining permission to publish all figures that have already appeared in other published works. Please note that this is your final proof and so additional corrections cannot be accepted after upload. You will receive an email message confirming receipt of your corrections. 這意思應(yīng)該就是直接在PDF上進(jìn)行注釋吧…… 而且不讓使用PDF編輯軟件進(jìn)行編輯…… 但是在Welcome to the proof corrections submission site for AIP Publishing頁(yè)面里，卻有這么一條： We cannot accept a revised manuscript in lieu of an annotated PDF. 意思是不接收帶有標(biāo)記過(guò)的PDF？？？ 現(xiàn)在校稿完全不了解是在PDF上直接注釋?zhuān)l(fā)回去 還是再寫(xiě)一個(gè)word回答校對(duì)結(jié)果上傳 還是怎么樣？ 迷惑中…… 請(qǐng)各位前輩指教 |

說(shuō)的很清楚啊，在PDF文件上做標(biāo)記指出如何修改，特別強(qiáng)調(diào)不能使用PDF編輯工具直接修改。不放心就同時(shí)上傳一個(gè)WORD文檔，一一指出修改之處 發(fā)自小木蟲(chóng)IOS客戶(hù)端 |
