高校學(xué)生健美操創(chuàng)編能力的培養(yǎng) 摘要：健美操是一項(xiàng)集娛樂(lè)和健身于一體，融藝術(shù)與運(yùn)動(dòng)為一爐的新興體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目，在全民健身的社會(huì)大背景下，健美操運(yùn)動(dòng)在高校領(lǐng)域迅速普及開來(lái)，受到大學(xué)生群體的喜愛和追捧，成為高校開展體育運(yùn)動(dòng)、提高學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)、豐富校園文化生活的上佳載體。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、邏輯分析法等研究方法，對(duì)培養(yǎng)高校學(xué)生健美操創(chuàng)編能力的意義進(jìn)行了闡釋，在此基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生健美操創(chuàng)編能力的方法進(jìn)行了探討和歸納，以期能為高校健美操課程的教學(xué)與實(shí)踐提供有益的參考。 關(guān)鍵詞：高校；學(xué)生；健美操；創(chuàng)編能力；音樂(lè)；實(shí)踐 |

Under the soical background of national fitness, aerobics has been quickly spread in colleges and universities and gained a popularity among college students, which has become an excellent carrier for colleges and unversities to conduct sport, improve students' physical quality, and enreich college cultural life.
