一種永磁調(diào)速器磁路的優(yōu)化方案分析 摘要:磁路的設(shè)計與計算是永磁調(diào)速器設(shè)計的核心,在銅盤與導體盤之間設(shè)計一個導磁盤,用于優(yōu)化永磁調(diào)速器的磁路結(jié)構(gòu)。運用COMSOL軟件對包含導磁盤的永磁調(diào)速器動態(tài)磁場仿真,分析磁路結(jié)構(gòu)以及磁路優(yōu)化效果。仿真結(jié)果表明導磁盤具有增強永磁體的磁能利用率,改善穿過銅盤的磁力線分布,提高永磁調(diào)速器的傳遞扭矩等作用。分析導磁盤的磁導率和厚度變化對傳遞扭矩的影響,選擇合適的導磁盤厚度、磁導率以及導磁材料,為合理設(shè)計永磁調(diào)速器的磁路提供依據(jù)。 關(guān)鍵詞:永磁調(diào)速器;磁路;導磁盤;磁導率 |

An Analysis of the Optimization Scheme for Magnetic Circuits of Permanent Magnet Speed Governors Abstract: Design and calculation of the magnetic circuits are the core of the design of permanent magnet speed governors. A magnetic conductive disk is designed between the copper disc and the conductor disk for optimization of the magnetic circuits of the permanent magnet speed governors. The software COMSOL is used to simulate the dynamic magnetic field of the permanent magnet speed governor containing a magnetic conductive disk and analyze the magnetic circuit structure and the result of the magnetic circuit optimization. The simulation result shows that the magnetic conductive disk plays roles in increasing the utilization ratio of magnetic energy of the permanent magnet, improving the distribution of the magnetic lines of force passing through the copper disk, increasing the transmission torque of the permanent magnet speed governor, and the like. The effect of the magnetic conductivity and the variation in thickness of the magnetic conductive disks on the transmission torque is analyzed to select proper magnetic conductive disk thickness, magnetic conductivity, and magnetic conductive materials and provide basis for rational design of the magnetic circuits of the permanent magnet speed governors. In this paper, a magnetic conductive disc, which was installed between copper disc and conductor disc, was used to optimize magnetic circuit structure of permanent magnet speed controller. The dynamic magnetic field of permanent magnet speed controller comprising magnetic conductive disc was simulated using COMSOL software, and the magnetic circut structure and its optimization effect were analyzed. Simulation results show that magnetic conductive disc is capable of increasing magnetic energy use ratio of permanent magnet, improving distribution of magnetic line which penetrates copper disc, and increasing transmission torque of permanent magnet speed controller.
