I have now received reviews of the above paper and these lead me to recommend that revision according to all the reviewers' comments is necessary. However, I do think that the reviews are very constructive and will assist you in improving the paper. I encourage you to re-submit a revised manuscript, but please explain in a covering letter how you have attended to the reviewers' comments. Please upload into EES a separate file containing your response to all the reviewers' comments. Please note that failure to address any comment in the covering letter will require subsequent explanation from the authors and inevitably result in delaying the reviewing process. I would appreciate if you also upload into EES a separate copy of the revised manuscript indicating where changes have been made in the form of an electronic version showing track changes. |
