總被拒，2次給出總是不符合期刊的范疇，求助~ 已有2人參與

給位大俠和前輩， 我是一位電氣工程的本科生，最近偶然發(fā)現(xiàn)了交通運(yùn)輸wardrop 第一和第二定律對(duì)應(yīng)的電路模型，可以用于快速規(guī)劃/判別 道路是否符合UE和SO。于是，我在小木蟲搜集了交通類期刊，然后分別building and environment 和 journal of Transportation Engineering 投稿，但是每次一旦進(jìn)入技術(shù)審核，總是說(shuō)‘不屬于該期刊的范疇’——但是我在瀏覽他們網(wǎng)站的時(shí)候，確定是有這個(gè)分支的（分支是traffic modeling） 。這種情況是不是說(shuō)明，編輯在找借口拒絕，覺得文章不好，而不是不適合他們的范疇？ 謝謝大師指點(diǎn)！ 小弟浙江大學(xué)電氣工程本科生，實(shí)在不熟悉交通類提出這種想法應(yīng)該投稿到哪里。 Regards， emuch1225 aka Sam 下為郵件： J of Transportation Engineering: Ref.: Ms. No. TEENG-3962 Equivalent Electrical Circuit to Wardrop First and Second Principles XXXX, Undergraduate, Bachelor Dear Mr. XXXXXX, Your Technical Paper, listed above, was recently returned to us after an initial review by the editor. 我專業(yè)不是交通學(xué)，我是看到wardrop frist & second principles 然后感覺和電路的特征很相似，突發(fā)靈感寫出來(lái)的。。。我自己導(dǎo)師是電氣工程的，前輩——這種情況下，我是不是找一下在浙大的交通學(xué)的教授指點(diǎn)一下？ // ps投稿格式 內(nèi)容我是按照那兩本期刊的guides for authors 認(rèn)真編輯的，詢問(wèn)編輯得到的回信都說(shuō)對(duì)于他們而言，格式是正確的，我們已經(jīng)將manuscript送到技術(shù)審核——然后就是上邊的范疇不對(duì)，直接被拒。。。 沒(méi)有交通學(xué)前輩帶路，真是心累  |
