本人投了一篇SCI 給了大修 可是好多問題不知道怎么回復(fù) 希望大家?guī)兔χ更c(diǎn) 已有1人參與

And it is estimated RMS value or average value to comparative this values. The way it is presented it is not clear on the interrelationships. |
