黃芩苷與金屬離子配合物穩(wěn)定常數(shù)的測定 摘要:黃芩苷具有抗菌消炎、降壓、利尿、護(hù)肝、清除自由基等廣泛的藥理活性,是中藥黃芩的主要有效成分之一,其與某些微量金屬離子生成配合物,可提高生物活性并降低金屬的毒性。本實驗用氫氧化鉀滴定黃芩苷銅、鈷、鋁、鉻離子溶液,用雷磁自動電位滴定儀記錄其反應(yīng)過程,分別用生成函數(shù)截距法、半整數(shù)法、分段擬合法、直接計算法這四種方法來計算黃芩苷與金屬配離子的穩(wěn)定常數(shù)。 關(guān)鍵詞:黃芩苷 金屬離子 截距法 半整數(shù)法 分段擬合法 直接計算法 發(fā)自小木蟲Android客戶端 |

The measurement for complexation stability constants of Baicalin and metal ion Abstract: Baicalin possess extensive pharmacological activities such as antisepsis and anti-inflammation, drop of blood pressure, diuresis, liver protection and free radicals scavenging, etc.. It is one of main effective components in Scutellaria Baicalensis of traditional Chinese medicine. Baicalin and some trace metal ions can generate complex, which improves biological activity and reduces the toxicity of metals. In this experiment, potassium hydroxide solution is used to titrate the solution of baicalin including copper ion, cobalt ion, aluminium ion and chromium ion. Leici automatic potentiometric titrator is adopted to record its reaction process. The stability constants of baicalin and metal complex ion are calculated by generating four methods, namely, function intercept method, half-integer method, segmental fitting method and direct computing method.
