隨著安全環(huán)保意識的增強，工業(yè)經(jīng)濟時代帶來的產(chǎn)品安全、環(huán)境破壞問題日益受到重視，而消費者環(huán)保理念的不斷提升，對企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營行為提出了更高的要求。 家居行業(yè)，其投入與自然資源消耗密切相關(guān)，而其產(chǎn)品則與人們生活密切相關(guān)，因此，綠色環(huán)保理念的形成，對家具行業(yè)具有更加明顯的影響。 作為家居行業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)企業(yè)之一，宜家公司對此有明確的認(rèn)識，提出了綠色營銷戰(zhàn)略，本文通過對宜家的營銷環(huán)境分析，說明綠色營銷戰(zhàn)略對增強宜家競爭優(yōu)勢的作用，然后，通過調(diào)查研究，了解宜家綠色營銷戰(zhàn)略的實施狀況，指出其中存在的問題。 本文認(rèn)為，綠色營銷戰(zhàn)略對適應(yīng)環(huán)境變化、提升家居企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢具有重要的意義。但是，這種優(yōu)勢要通過營銷戰(zhàn)略的具體實施來實現(xiàn)，為此，本文針對宜家在綠色營銷戰(zhàn)略實施中的一些問題，提出具體的建議和對策。 |

With Awareness of environment protection awareness, productions safety and environment destruction in the industrial era are taken more and more serious. Meanwhile, consumers’ concept of environment protection constantly upgrade, more requirements are needed in the processes of producing and marketing. Household industries, for their close contact with the nature consumption, and the productions close relate to people’s normal life. Therefore, the formation of the green environment protection, has more influence to the industries. As one of the leading enterprises in household industries, Ikea has its distinct understanding on the concepts, setup the green marketing strategy. The article analysis Ikea’s marketing environment, and explained the advantage of the green marketing strategy for Ikea competitive abilities, and point out the existing and potential problems. The article argues the green marketing strategy, adapt to environmental changes and enhancing the competitive advantage of household enterprise has the vital significance. However, this advantage to the specific implementation of marketing strategy. Therefore, the author of this paper point out some problems in the implementation, puts forward specific Suggestions and countermeasures for kea in the green marketing strategies. |
