課題研究領(lǐng)域:生物仿生材料合成及自組裝, 生物仿生蛋白膜的合成以及在其在新能源方面的應(yīng)用 Focus on developing sequence-defined synthetic polymers (called peptoids) for: 1) assembly of biomimetic functional materials with hierarchical structures (e.g. biomimetic membranes, peptoid nanotubes and hydrogels) with clean energy applications; 2) biomimetic control of inorganic crystallization (e.g. peptoid-controlled metallic nanoparticle formation and assembly) for sensing and catalysis. Recent Publications: 1) Surface-directed assembly of sequence-defined synthetic polymers into networks of hexagonally-patterned nanoribbons with controllable functionalities. ACS Nano, 2016, 10 (5), 5314–5320. 2) Highly stable and self-repairing membrane-mimetic 2D nanomaterials assembled from lipid-like peptoids. Nature Communication, 2016, In press. 3) Self-repair and patterning of 2D membrane-like peptoid materials, Advanced Functional Materials, 2016, In revision. 4) Tuning nucleation pathways through sequence-engineering of biomimetic polymers, Nature Materials, 2016, In revision. 5) Controlled synthesis of flower-like plasmonic gold nanosuperstructures through peptoid engineering, JACS, 2016, In review. 6) Tunable assembly of biomimetic peptoids as templates to control nanostructure catalytic activity, JACS, 2016, In review. 實(shí)驗(yàn)室常用設(shè)備: Aapptec APEX-SC 396 automated solid-phase synthesizer 固相合成儀; Waters SQD2 UPLC-MS system; Waters Breeze 2 semi-prep HPLC system; 原子力顯微鏡 Bruker MultiMode 8, Asylum MFP3D with the Horiba Raman system and Asylum Cypher ES; Labconco FreeFreeZone Plus 4.5 Liter Benchtop Cascade (-84 °C) Freeze Dry System; SpectraMax 190 absorbance microplate reader.
