| 擴(kuò)大就業(yè)戰(zhàn)略背景下，提升高職院校學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文基于2016年浙江省高職畢業(yè)生的問卷調(diào)研，探討了就讀大學(xué)期間的學(xué)習(xí)績效對(duì)其初次就業(yè)薪資水平與就業(yè)滿意度的影響。研究結(jié)果顯示：大學(xué)階段學(xué)習(xí)成績高低、有無頂崗實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)高職生初次就業(yè)薪資與就業(yè)滿意度都沒有顯著的解釋力；學(xué)用相關(guān)性對(duì)高職生初次就業(yè)薪資與就業(yè)滿意度產(chǎn)生顯著正向作用；社團(tuán)干部經(jīng)驗(yàn)正向影響薪資水平，社團(tuán)活動(dòng)參與程度正向影響就業(yè)滿意度；擁有資格證書類別的不同，對(duì)高職生的初次就業(yè)表現(xiàn)的影響也存在差異。 |

| It has important practical significance for improving the quality of higher vocational college students employment under the strategy of expanding employment background. This paper is based on the questionnaire investigation and research of higher vocational graduates in Zhejiang province in 2016. We discussed the influence of the learning performance during the college time to the first job wages and job satisfaction. The results showed that there is no significant explanatory power for the high and low grades, presence of field work experience during the college time to the wages and job satisfaction of the employment of higher vocational students for the first time. And the correlation study for the first time the employment wages and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect. Also, the club officers experience will affect the salary level and the participation in community activities can positive influence on the job satisfaction. What’s more, the different qualification certificate category can influence the performance of the initial employment of higher vocational students. |
