MD如何計(jì)算 strain rate 已有1人參與

| Your question sounds interesting, although I don't if I can of any help regarding your question. I think you are calculating viscosity by NEMD simulations? Could you described your problem in more detail? Also provide some references? Discussing an algorithm is much more interesting than talking about an input script for a software. |

我主要想計(jì)算一下 Poiseuille flow 中的局部 transport properties (diffusion coefficient, shear viscosity and thermal conductivity); 所謂的局部性質(zhì)主要是對(duì)管道進(jìn)行分層,計(jì)算不同層之間的傳質(zhì)性質(zhì)。這個(gè)問(wèn)題最早計(jì)算的可見(jiàn)?《Variation of transport properties along nanochannels a study by non-equilibrium molecular dynamics》,《Effect of wall roughness on shear viscosity and diffusion in nanochannels》,在該作者的研究中,主要提到:“Shear viscosity in confined nanochannels can be calculated by NEMD or Green–Kubo relations. Green–Kubo methods are mainly used in systems close to or at equilibrium state and they do not take into account the induced strain rates, while NEMD methods do.”,我主要是想實(shí)現(xiàn)這一結(jié)果,然后用于討論其他的物質(zhì)體系。實(shí)際上,我還有一個(gè)問(wèn)題:Green–Kubo relations是否可以直接用于Poiseuille flow 中的局部 shear viscosity的計(jì)算?為什么? |
