對(duì)高校大學(xué)生體育權(quán)利問(wèn)題的探討 摘要：學(xué)校體育的根本任務(wù)是維護(hù)學(xué)生的體育權(quán)利，健康權(quán)和受教育權(quán)是學(xué)生體育權(quán)利的主要內(nèi)容。大學(xué)生是高校體育教學(xué)活動(dòng)的主體，高校管理方和體育教師有義務(wù)保護(hù)大學(xué)生的體育權(quán)利不受侵害，但由于體育立法的不完善、社會(huì)宣傳的不足、體育教師的漠視、高校管理的落后和大學(xué)生對(duì)體育權(quán)利認(rèn)知的不足，大學(xué)生體育權(quán)利受侵害的現(xiàn)象時(shí)常出現(xiàn)。針對(duì)上述狀況，提出完善體育立法、加強(qiáng)社會(huì)宣傳、提升職業(yè)道德建設(shè)、改革管理模式、提高權(quán)利意識(shí)等改革措施。 關(guān)鍵詞：高校；大學(xué)生；體育權(quán)利；體育法；社會(huì)宣傳；管理模式 |

對(duì)高校大學(xué)生 體育權(quán)利問(wèn)題 的探討 Exploration of Sports Right of College and University Students 摘要：學(xué)校體育 的 根本任務(wù)是 維護(hù)學(xué)生的 體育權(quán)利，健康權(quán) 和 受教育權(quán) 是 學(xué)生 體育權(quán)利的 主要內(nèi)容。大學(xué)生是 高校體育教學(xué)活動(dòng) 的主體，高校管理方 和 體育教師 有義務(wù) 保護(hù)大學(xué)生的 體育權(quán)利 不受侵害，但由于 體育立法 的不完善、社會(huì)宣傳 的不足、體育教師的 漠視、高校管理的 落后 和 大學(xué)生對(duì) 體育權(quán)利 認(rèn)知的 不足，大學(xué)生 體育權(quán)利 受侵害的 現(xiàn)象 時(shí)常出現(xiàn)。針對(duì) 上述狀況，提出 完善體育立法、加強(qiáng) 社會(huì)宣傳、提升 職業(yè)道德建設(shè)、改革管理模式、提高 權(quán)利意識(shí) 等 改革措施。 Abstract: The basic task of school physical education is to maintain students' sports right. Right to health and education is the main content of students' sports right. Students are the subject of college and university physical education, of which the sports right should be protected from being infringed by school management and PE teachers. Due to the imperfection of sports legislation, insufficient social propaganda, PE teachers' neglect, backward college management, and students' poor consciousness of sports right, the infringement situation of college students' sports right occurs from time to time.
