J2簽證成都被check經(jīng)驗分享 已有2人參與

老公和孩子辦理J2簽證，在成都被check，都說J2很好過，就沒太在意，還提前訂了機(jī)票(9月29日)。 9月9日在成都面簽，VO問去多久，老公說1個月，孩子可能呆久一點(diǎn)，VO又要了結(jié)婚證，還把結(jié)婚證拿走了一會，回來后就說需要check一下，收走了結(jié)婚證和2019表，老公當(dāng)時也不知道check是什么，就問需要多久，VO說1周，老公就沒太在意，也沒說訂了機(jī)票的事�；貋硪徊榫兔扇α�，check根本不可能1周，都說要3-4周，長的要2個月。多方打聽被check一般都要收cv神馬的，沒聽說收結(jié)婚證的，而且VO都會說3-4周。我們就報著1周的幻想等啊等的。果不其然，等了整20天，機(jī)票也退了。期間給大使館發(fā)過郵件咨詢了。（補(bǔ)充：老公是物理專業(yè)，不知道跟check有關(guān)沒） Support-china@ustraveldocs.com ConsularChengdu@state.gov 兩個都需要用英文，回復(fù)的也很快。 第一周發(fā)郵件詢問，回復(fù)如下： Thank you for writing to the U.S. Visa Services Desk. In regard to your query, your case is still in process and the passport is not ready for delivery. Please track your passport at a later date, and/or wait for another notification once there is an update on the case. Also, please be advised that an email will be sent to applicants informing them that the passport is ready for pick up at CITIC office or will be delivered to your home/office address. However, all applicants should be aware visa processing time may vary due to individual circumstances and other special requirements. Thank you for your correspondence. A check of the records at the U.S. Consulate General in Chengdu indicates that your visa application is currently undergoing administrative processing in order to verify your qualifications. Administrative processing, in some instances, can take several weeks to complete. We realize that any period of wait can be frustrating. Nonetheless, the U.S. Consulate General in Chengdu, like all U.S. Embassies and Consulates, must adjudicate visas in accordance with U.S. law, and, in some cases, this will involve extensive administrative processing. While we cannot predict when the processing of your case will be completed, please be assured that the Consulate General and the Department of State are aware of your concerns and will do all we can to see that it is adjudicated as soon as possible once your qualifications have been fully verified. If additional information from you is needed, you will be notified by the consular staff in Chengdu. We hope this information is helpful. 第二周詢問，回復(fù)如下： Thank you for writing to the U.S. Visa Services Desk. We understand that you wish to know your visa application status. We would like to inform you that your application requires additional administrative processing. It can take up to 60 days for the process of administrative clearance. Most administrative processing is resolved within 60 days of your visa interview, but the length of processing time will vary based on the circumstances of each case. Please note that before inquiring about your visa status, you or your representative should wait at least 60 days from the date of your interview or the submission of supplemental documents, whichever is later. Please be patient. Thank you for your correspondence. As you were informed at the time of your interview, the administrative processing required for your case takes a minimum of three to four weeks. In many cases, it takes longer. Processing times can vary greatly from individual to individual, so we are not able to provide you with a definitive timeframe. This additional processing is not done in Chengdu, nor does the U.S. Consulate in Chengdu have any control or discretion over these cases. We regret the delay, but assure you that we will proceed with your application as soon as we are able. 看到這樣的回復(fù)就放棄了，只能等了，期間發(fā)郵件詢問時還上傳了預(yù)訂機(jī)票的圖片，9月9號面簽first update， 27號second update，28號issued,機(jī)票的29號的，不過肯定來不及了，一天是寄不到了。瞬間覺得被VO騙了，我同事在北京J1當(dāng)時通知過了，結(jié)果check 了6周，腹黑�。〔贿^總算是issued了，希望對大家有幫助。Good luck！ |
