誠招2017級推免和考研, 碩士生 (可轉(zhuǎn)博)! 王宏達(dá)博士個人主頁:https://www.shanghaitech.edu.cn/faculty/spst/people/1202.html 聯(lián)系郵箱: htwang@shanghaitech.edu.cn 王宏達(dá)博士于2016年9月加入上?萍即髮W(xué)物質(zhì)科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院,擔(dān)任助理教授與博導(dǎo)。他的主要研究成果與貢獻(xiàn)包括:納米結(jié)構(gòu)化熱電材料(多孔硅, 納米線/聚合物之納米復(fù)合材料,二維納米薄片),質(zhì)譜儀用電噴霧離子化微尺寸多噴嘴( multinozzle emitter array),AlGaN/GaN高電子遷移率晶體管(high electron mobility transistor; HEMT)為基礎(chǔ)的化學(xué)和生物傳感器、氧化鋅為基礎(chǔ)的傳感器和發(fā)光二極管。他的研究發(fā)表著作包括1書章節(jié),57篇期刊文章,11次學(xué)術(shù)專題特邀報告,和多次國際會議/研討會演講。他擁有7項專利,其中1項已授予,6項待定。他以博士后multinozzle emitter array之成果,和其項目合作者在2012年共同獲得R&D 100 Award。 王宏達(dá)博士個人簡歷: 1999年6月,獲得臺灣成功大學(xué)化學(xué)工程專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位 2001年6月,獲得臺灣成功大學(xué)化學(xué)工程專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位 2008年5月,獲得美國弗羅里達(dá)大學(xué)化學(xué)工程專業(yè)博士學(xué)位 (Advisor: Prof. Fan Ren) 2003年-2004年,臺灣半導(dǎo)體制造公司任工程師 2008年-2011年,美國加州大學(xué)伯克利分;瘜W(xué)系從事博士后研究 (Advisor: Prof. Peidong Yang) 2011年-2016年,美國阿拉巴馬大學(xué)化學(xué)與生物工程系任助理教授 2016年8月,加入上?萍即髮W(xué)物質(zhì)科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院,任助理教授和軟納米材料制備中心教授主任 代表性論文: 1.
