謝謝！ .indm 9 3 共有三個非等價原子包括Nd Mn1 Mn2 1 1 3 Nd4f 2 1 2 Mn1 3d 5 1 2 Mn2 3d 0 0 rindex， lsindex ug中說這是針對Lda+U的選擇 我感覺是不是那些要加的東西沒加上呢？ Ug上說處理lda+u只要.indm和.inorb兩個i輸入文件就可以了。我試驗發(fā)現(xiàn)每次都是出在lapwdm程序上，而且是自旋向上部分出問題，自旋向下順利通過。 對，我這里將.inst中Nd 4f中3個電子和5d中1個電子自旋向上和向下位置對調(diào)了，設(shè)置成與Mn自旋方向相反了。能和這個有關(guān)嗎？ |
