1962 年由 B. R. Judd 和 G. S. Ofelt 兩人同時(shí)建立的Judd-Ofelt理論,Judd-Ofelt 系數(shù)可以用來(lái)計(jì)算稀土離子發(fā)光的弛豫率、壽命、子能級(jí)的分布等[1]。英國(guó)科學(xué)家J.A.Duffy[2]提出了光學(xué)堿度理論,用來(lái)表征玻璃等非晶態(tài)體系的酸堿度,并可以通過(guò)公示計(jì)算玻璃的光學(xué)堿度,即固體組分中各個(gè)陽(yáng)離子的摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)與其堿度調(diào)節(jié)參數(shù)的乘積,然后取和即得固體的光學(xué)堿度。Han課題組[3]針對(duì)稀土離子摻雜的Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2玻璃的制備及性能研究中,討論了玻璃的形成體,修飾體和中間體對(duì)摻雜的稀土離子的發(fā)光性質(zhì)的影響。然而,使用還原性Al粉對(duì)玻璃中Eu3+離子進(jìn)行還原,以及使用熱處理機(jī)制使得玻璃中的Eu3+與Eu2+離子的比例卻鮮有研究和解釋。
B. R. Judd and G. S. Ofelt established Judd-Ofelt theory simultaneously in 1962. The Judd-Ofelt coefficency is used to calculate the relaxation rate, halftime, electron energy level (電子能級(jí),不是子能級(jí)?)for rare earth ions[1]. British scientist J.A.Duffy [2] proposed to use photo basicity to characterize the basicity of noncrystal systems, such as glass. The photo basicity of glass can be calculated as the sum of the products of mole fractions of individual cations multipled with an adjusted basicity coefficiency for each components. Han's group [3] studied the manufacture and properties of rare earth doped Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 glass. They discussed the influence of glass former, modifier and intermediate on the luminous properties of doped rare earth ions. However, reduction of Eu3+ with aluminium powder, and alter the ratio of Eu3+ and Eu2+ in glass by heat treatment have not been reported. |
