投sci被拒，編輯推薦轉(zhuǎn)投Cogent Engineering，ESCI檢索。不知道ESCI對于工作是否有幫助？畢竟論文花費(fèi)了大量時間精力 還有Cogent Engineering的出版費(fèi)也是搞不懂的，希望有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的指導(dǎo)，謝謝！ 下面是編輯文 --------------------拒稿后------------------------ I regret to inform you that we have now considered your paper, but unfortunately feel it unsuitable for publication in S a O S.
