由于 2-(2′-羥基苯基)苯唑類化合物的分子的結(jié)構(gòu)能夠以內(nèi)絡(luò)鹽形式與金屬離子絡(luò)合形成穩(wěn)定的六元螯合環(huán)， 進而得到化學(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)光化合物，2-(2′-羥基苯基)苯唑類有機化合物在金屬離子探針，有機金屬發(fā)光材料領(lǐng)域引起了人們的廣泛研究 Z. Y. Yue 等人 2008年報道了羥基苯并咪唑鋅配合物為發(fā)光層， TPD 為空穴傳輸材料得到了最大發(fā)射波長是 452 nm,發(fā)光亮度大于 2000 cd m-2的純正藍光器件。 |

| The molecular structure of the 2- (2'-hydroxyphenyl) oxazole compound can be complexed with the metal ion in the form of the internal network salt to form a stable six-membered chelate ring. Then a chemically stable luminescent compound was obtained. 2- (2'-hydroxyphenyl) benzoxazole organic compounds caused a wide range of people's research in the field of metal ion probe and organometallic luminescent materials. In 2008, Z. Y. Yue et al reported that pure blue devices could be obtained with the maximum emission wavelength 452 nm and the brightness of more than 2000 cd m-2 when hydroxy benzimidazole zinc complex was used as the luminescent layers, and TPD as the hole-transporting material. |
