《國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展第十二個(gè)五年規(guī)劃綱要》提出:“十二五”期末單位國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值能源消耗比“十一五”期末下降16%左右,這是“十二五”規(guī)劃目標(biāo)中最重要的約束性指標(biāo)之一,充分體現(xiàn)了落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,加快經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式轉(zhuǎn)變,建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型和實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求,同時(shí)也體現(xiàn)了我國政府面對世界能源、環(huán)境壓力日益增加的責(zé)任與承諾。 目前,中國鐵礦資源中易選的鐵礦資源日益減少,鐵礦資源特點(diǎn)是貧礦多,富礦少,伴生礦產(chǎn)多,鐵礦石組分比較復(fù)雜,礦石嵌布粒度大多較細(xì),給選礦造成一定的困難。從技術(shù)上講,冶山鐵礦的技術(shù)和設(shè)備相對比較落后,設(shè)備工藝效率低;從管理上講,由于一味追求經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,冶山鐵礦的能源管理基礎(chǔ)是比較薄弱的,另外礦山行業(yè)目前尚無完整的節(jié)能分析評價(jià)體系,導(dǎo)致在冶山鐵礦強(qiáng)化能源管理任務(wù)非常艱巨,建立適合冶山鐵礦生產(chǎn)工藝特點(diǎn)的節(jié)能分析評價(jià)體系,研究其重點(diǎn)節(jié)能措施十分重要。 本文通過冶山鐵礦具有代表性的采礦、選礦耗能案例,建立采礦、選礦工藝流程圖,制定能源流向表、能源平衡表、能源結(jié)構(gòu)分配餅型圖,,建立了冶山鐵礦較完整的能源計(jì)量統(tǒng)計(jì)體系與分析圖表,采用萬元工業(yè)產(chǎn)值能耗、單位產(chǎn)品能耗計(jì)算法,對冶山鐵礦能耗指標(biāo)水平進(jìn)行分析評價(jià),為能效考核與節(jié)能潛力的分析,提供了理論和應(yīng)用依據(jù)。從不同角度評價(jià)冶山鐵礦能源結(jié)構(gòu)、能源流向比率,判定能耗變化趨勢和問題,為能源管理和節(jié)能評價(jià)分析提出解決方案,通過方案的實(shí)施,對提升冶山鐵礦能源管理水平,提高各種能源利用效率具有很好效果。 關(guān)鍵詞:鐵礦;節(jié)能;分析;評價(jià);體系;研究 |

At present, China's iron ore resources in the increasingly easy to reduce the iron ore resources, iron ore resources are characterized by lean ore, less ore, associated minerals, iron ore composition is more complex, ore embedded grain size is mostly fine, for the beneficiation have some difficulties. Technically speaking, the metallurgical iron ore technology and equipment is relatively backward, the equipment process efficiency is low; from the management point of view, due to the blind pursuit of economic benefits, Yanshan Iron Mine's energy management base is relatively weak, while the mine industry is currently There is no complete energy-saving analysis and evaluation system, which leads to the difficult task of strengthening energy management in Yanshan Iron Mine, and it is very important to establish energy-saving analysis and evaluation system which is suitable for the production process of smelting iron ore. Based on the representative mining and mineral energy consumption cases in Yanshan Iron Mine, this paper establishes the mining flow chart of mining and mineral processing, formulates energy flow table, energy balance table and energy structure distribution pie chart. Established a more complete Energy consumption statistics system and analysis chart of smelting iron ore, the use of million yuan industrial output value of energy consumption, unit product energy consumption calculation method, the level of energy consumption indicators of metallurgical iron ore for evaluation and evaluation of energy efficiency and energy-saving analysis, to provide a theoretical and Application basis. This paper evaluates the energy structure and energy flow ratio of Yanshan Iron Mine from different angles, determines the trend and problem of energy consumption change, puts forward the solution for the energy management and energy saving evaluation analysis.
