香港理工大學(xué)鄭子劍教授課題組誠招碩士/博士研究生，歡迎大家踴躍報(bào)名

鄭子劍教授現(xiàn)于香港理工大學(xué)紡織及制衣學(xué)系任職，其研究領(lǐng)域包括表面科學(xué)，納米光刻技術(shù)，高分子科學(xué)和可彎曲/可拉伸/可穿戴石墨烯等材料以及其在電子器件的應(yīng)用。鄭教授于2003年畢業(yè)于清華大學(xué)化工系，并于2004年至2007年間在Prof. Wilhelm T. S. Huck的指導(dǎo)下于劍橋大學(xué)完成博士學(xué)習(xí)，研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)榧{米技術(shù)及有機(jī)光電子學(xué)。2008年，鄭教授加入國際知名教授Prof. Chad A. Mirkin位于美國西北大學(xué)的課題組進(jìn)行博士后研究，期間在蘸筆納米光刻術(shù)和聚合物筆平版印刷術(shù)的發(fā)展上取得重要成果。2009年，他加入香港理工大學(xué)紡織及制衣學(xué)系成為助理教授，其后破格晉升為終身副教授。目前為止，鄭教授在Science，Nature Communications，Advanced Materials，Journal of the America Chemical Society，Angewandte Chemie等高影響因子的國際科學(xué)期刊上發(fā)表多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文，已擁有國內(nèi)外專利15項(xiàng)，并擔(dān)任Advanced Materials的客座編輯。在2015年，他榮獲多項(xiàng)國際大獎(jiǎng)，如GENEVA Innovation Award和Future Leaders Award等。

現(xiàn)課題組誠招碩士（2年）/博士研究生（3-4年），2017年9月1日開學(xué)，獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金為15600港幣/每月。

Prof. Zijian Zheng currently work at the Institute of Textile and Clothing (ITC) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests are surface science, nanolithography, polymer science, and bendable/stretchable/wearable/graphene materials and electronic devices. He received his B. Eng. with honor from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Tsinghua University in 2003. Between 2004 and 2007, Prof. Zheng moved to the Department of Chemistry and Nanoscience Center at University of Cambridge for his PhD study under the supervision of Prof. Wilhelm T. S. Huck, where he worked on nanotechnology and organic optoelectronics. In 2008, Prof. Zheng joined the group of Prof. Chad A. Mirkin as a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Chemistry and International Institute for Nanotechnology at Northwestern University, working on the development of dip-pen nanolithography and polymer pen lithography. He joined ITC as Assistant Professor in 2009 and was promoted to tenured Associate Professor via a fast track. He has published about 70 papers in high-impact international scientific journals including Science, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Journal of the America Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie, etc. He also files 15 international and China patents. He serves as Guest Editor for Advanced Materials. He is the recipient of several international awards such as GENEVA Innovation Award and Future Leaders Award in 2015.

Now the research group is enrolling MPhil (2 years) and PhD (3-4 years) research students. The registration date is 1 September, 2017.

Qualification: Major in chemistry, biomaterial, biology, chemical engineering, polymer, photoelectricity, physics related.
English Language Requirement: An overall score of at least 6.5 (with score for the writing component at 6.0 or above) in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); or for TOEFL, 550 or above in paper-based test (with a score of at least 4 out of 6 in the Test of Written English); or 80 or above in internet-based test (with a writing score of 23 or above).
