門外漢，今天看到個這個組合，這是什么方法，可以稍微具體一點幫忙說明一下嗎？跪謝！a well diffusion method，這個可以翻譯成什么方法，瓊脂擴散法？Each plate was inoculated with 50 μL of the fungal suspension. Various serial dilutions of the essential oil were prepared and 50 μL of each serial dilution transferred to plates and incubated at room temperature for 3 weeks. 謝謝啦！我覺得也應該是這樣，是不是這樣操作的呢，就是培養(yǎng)基倒平板后，先將50ul的菌液涂布整個平板，然后用打孔器打孔，最后將不同濃度的抑菌稀釋液取50ul，注入孔洞中，培養(yǎng)。最小抑菌濃度：沒有長菌的最小抑菌液那個濃度就是最小的抑菌濃度～ 發(fā)自小木蟲IOS客戶端 |
