Fully Funded PhD Studentship, Queen Mary University of London
|
|
Fully Funded PhD Studentship: Computational modelling of Complex Printing (Queen Mary University of London) Project Details: A fully-funded Research Studentship is available in the Fluid Mechanics Group in the School of Engineering and Materials Science, Queen Mary University of London. The main objective of the PhD project is to develop multiscale computational methods for simulations of electrospraying and ink-jet printing of non-conventional inks (e.g., highly viscous, non-Newtonian). The student will be jointly supervised by a team (Dr Yi Sui - multiphase flows modelling, Prof John Stark - electrospray, and Dr Rafa Castrejón-Pita - ink-jet printing) and will work closely with experimentalists in the team.
