求翻譯摘要 當前，我國教師招聘考試不僅是從源頭上促進教師隊伍整體素質提升的有效機制，也是推進我國事業(yè)單位體制改革的重要措施。本文從水平參照考試與常模參照考試的視角，從考試的性質歸屬、競爭方式、選拔對象、目標訴求的維度，按照競爭性選拔考試的內(nèi)在邏輯，通過教師招聘考試與教師資格考試的比較研究，實現(xiàn)對教師招聘考試的運行模式的構建。 |

| Currently, China's teacher recruitment examination is not only the effective mechanism to promote overall quality improvement of teachers from the source, but also the important measures to promote China's system reform of institutions. From the perspective of the horizontal reference test and norm-referenced test, and from the nature of the examination, competition mode, selected targets, and target appeal dimension, this paper realizes the operation mode construction of teacher recruitment examination by means of the comparative study of Teacher recruitment examination and Teacher qualification examination, according to the internal logic of competitive selection texts. |
