native page marker和還原劑問(wèn)題 已有1人參與

1. 想知道不同條件下蛋白聚集情況。計(jì)算等電點(diǎn)在5.6，應(yīng)該選擇什么樣的marker？ 因?yàn)榈鞍自赟DS-PAGE上顯示的是單體的分子量，可以用還原加熱變性的蛋白做marker嗎？ 2. 蛋白本身易聚集，所以在純化過(guò)程中一直有還原劑。這樣可以跑native膠嗎？native page能耐受的還原劑是什么劑量？ |
