請問有做野外魚類生態(tài)學(xué)發(fā)SCI論文要求給道德倫理委員會批準(zhǔn)的嗎

本人大三，跟導(dǎo)師做實驗，然后老師說投一篇SCI。寫完投給出版社然后給回來建議是加一個動物倫理條例（因為在野外釣魚然后測的體內(nèi)重金屬元素）然后加完以后他回復(fù)了這個： Although a statement regarding guidelines followed for using animals in the study has been provided, a clear statement on ethical approval including the name of the ethics committee that approved the study along with the appropriate guidelines followed for using fish in the study should be provided in the manuscript.（雖然已經(jīng)提供了關(guān)于在研究中使用動物所遵循的指導(dǎo)方針的聲明，但應(yīng)該在研究中提供關(guān)于道德批準(zhǔn)的明確聲明，包括批準(zhǔn)該研究的道德委員會的名稱以及在研究中使用魚的適當(dāng)指南手稿。） Research involving vertebrates (including their blood) that is reported in the manuscript must have been performed with the approval of an appropriate ethics committee. A statement to this effect must appear in the Methods section of the manuscript, including the name of the body which gave approval, with a reference number where appropriate.（在手稿中報告的涉及脊椎動物（包括他們的血液）的研究必須經(jīng)過適當(dāng)?shù)牡赖挛瘑T會的批準(zhǔn)才能進行。對此的聲明必須出現(xiàn)在稿件的“方法”部分，包括批準(zhǔn)的機構(gòu)名稱，并在適當(dāng)?shù)奈恢酶缴蠀⒖季幪枴＃?br /> 但是在野外釣的魚也不是實驗動物所以學(xué)校的動物實驗中心說也不可以開具證明。 所以想請教一下各位巨巨有沒有遇見過相同的情況，然后是怎么解決的，謝謝！ |
