請(qǐng)問有誰(shuí)了解Galfan hot dipping的時(shí)候使用氯化銨出去氧層是什么原理嗎？

我現(xiàn)在在做Glafan (95%Zn, 5%Al)合金的hot dipping 鍍膜。但是基地鋼管上總是會(huì)有一層氧化物，直接導(dǎo)致蘸上去的金屬脫落�？吹接形墨I(xiàn)里說氯化鋅和氯化銨的混合物可以除去這層薄膜。請(qǐng)問有哪位了解這是什么原理嗎？這個(gè)可以自己配嗎？ 謝謝！ Fluxing Finally, the steel is dipped in the flux. The purpose of the flux is to clean the steel of all oxidation developed since the pickling of the steel and to create a protective coating to prevent any oxidation before entering the galvanizing kettle. One type of flux is contained in a separate tank, is slightly acidic, and contains a combination of zinc chloride and ammonium chloride. Another type of flux, top flux, floats on top of the liquid zinc in the galvanizing kettle, but serves the same purpose. After degreasing, pickling, and fluxing, the surface of the steel is a near white metal clean, completely free of any oxides or other contaminants that might inhibit the reaction of the iron and molten zinc in the galvanizing kettle.
