Angew審稿兩正一負，要申訴否？

四月二號投稿一篇Angew，隔了一天編輯回復(fù)說縮短20%篇幅，七號重投后under review，五月二號收到意見，兩正一負，其中負面評價的審稿人只有幾行字，說新意不夠，關(guān)鍵是看起來他沒有仔細讀文章，提的意見是錯的，我們準備申訴，各位蟲友幫忙看一下出出主意。 REVIEWER REPORT EVALUATION: Reviewer's Responses to Questions 1.
