Cell Product Design Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, major in material chemistry, at least 5 years of working experience in the same industry. Familiar with cell product design and team management experience, skillful use of engineering methods 6sigma DOE FEMA and other else Can be independently responsible for the customer to complete the project, and have the ability of data analysis and problem solving. Have good logical thinking and fluency in English, have certain compression ability Responsibilities: According to the customer's request design the Cell, develop or evaluate materials according to cell product project. Paying attention to customer needs and handling customer technical problems in time, improving customer satisfaction. Advanced Product Development Requirements: Ph.D. degree in Material science, ,materials chemistry, Solid-state physics or Electrochemistry Master the principle of lithium-ion battery, and material related theoretical knowledge Familiar with the material synthesis technology such as solid phase method, liquid phase method and gas phase method Familiar with the knowledge of electrochemistry, can use electrochemical method to characterize the material Responsibilities: To decide CE cell product roadmap & product platform planning according to marketing and customer’s requirement According to product roadmap, drive other functional teams such as material & process development team to organize the material and process roadmap, plan the future technology Following product platform development procedure, to organize cross-function team, realize platform development including: concept, planning, development, verification, trial run and publication. 【研發(fā)工程師】(材料平臺開發(fā)方向) 任職要求: 化學(xué)化工類、材料類相關(guān)專業(yè),碩士及以上,應(yīng)屆博士也可考慮 熟悉電池充放電,極化等影響力學(xué)的行為原理; 熟悉鋰離子電池的工作原理及制作工藝和各種材料對電池性能的影響 會用交流阻抗、循環(huán)伏安等方法分析材料的電化學(xué)性能。 熟悉XRD、SEM等物化分析方法 崗位職責(zé): 1、根據(jù)客戶需求或平臺開發(fā)需求,主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品總體方案設(shè)計 2、統(tǒng)籌平臺開發(fā)各階段的計劃,制作、驗證、失效分析、方案優(yōu)化, 3、按照平臺開發(fā)各階段的計劃,統(tǒng)籌安排樣品的測試,分析報告及 【研發(fā)工程師】(電芯開發(fā)方向) 任職要求: 熟悉電化學(xué)/鋰離子電池正負(fù)極材料/電解液知識 具有鋰離子電池相關(guān)研發(fā)和設(shè)計經(jīng)驗 了解材料研發(fā)或工程方法 崗位職責(zé): 根據(jù)客戶的規(guī)格要求,制作CE電芯樣品 撰寫電芯的測試案例、規(guī)格書等 改善提高電芯性能 溝通跟進(jìn)解決客戶問題,為客戶提供滿意的服務(wù) 【研發(fā)工程師】(前瞻性材料研究方向) 任職要求: 博士及以上,電化學(xué),化學(xué),材料相關(guān)背景即可 研究方向:固態(tài)電解質(zhì) & 鋰空鋰硫,納米電池 & 負(fù)極硅合金方向 VIP投遞: 簡歷推薦至:luon@atlbattery.com 聯(lián)系電話:0593-2510384 (ND) 簡歷命名格式:姓名+專業(yè)+學(xué)歷+畢業(yè)時間 (李三+材料化學(xué)工程+博士+20170910) [ 來自版塊群 福建 ] |
