NCBI序列上傳說(shuō)質(zhì)量低，如何辦

我向NCBI上傳了一個(gè)細(xì)菌的基因序列，回來(lái)郵件說(shuō)有些序列質(zhì)量低，需要修剪，不知道如何辦了。懇請(qǐng)高手能指點(diǎn)一下。NCBI的原文是： This ribosomal RNA submission contains errors as outlined below. Use the GenBank submission portal to prepare a new, corrected submission: https://submit.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/subs/genbank/ It appears that some or all of these sequences still contain low-quality sequencing read ends. [1] Please review the sequence quality at the ends of all your sequences and resubmit with further trimmed sequences as necessary. We cannot accept revised sequences in FASTA or text format, you must resubmit. Please resubmit your entire file(s). [2] If your files contained an alignment, and you wish to trim a certain number of nucleotides from each end based on the alignment, please tell us how many nucleotides to trim. If your files did not contain an alignment, but you wish to trim an arbitrary number of nucleotides from the end(s) of every sequence in your submission, please specify the appropriate revisions. |
