密西根大學(xué)生命科學(xué)研究所誠聘博士后(神經(jīng)生物學(xué)/生理學(xué)/行為學(xué)) 密西根大學(xué)生命科學(xué)研究所李鵬博士課題組誠聘博士后，訪問學(xué)者和聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)學(xué)生研究呼吸的神經(jīng)調(diào)控機(jī)制。課題組負(fù)責(zé)人李鵬博士先后在清華大學(xué)獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位, 在南加大獲得博士學(xué)位(師從Henry Sucov教授)。其后師從斯坦福大學(xué)霍華德休斯醫(yī)學(xué)研究所Mark Krasnow教授進(jìn)行博士后研究。李博士的研究成果和文章以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表于Nature，Developmental Cell，Current Biology，Development等國際權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)期刊。李鵬博士課題組以小鼠為研究模型，采用光遺傳學(xué)，藥物遺傳學(xué)，病毒神經(jīng)環(huán)路示蹤，單細(xì)胞測序等先進(jìn)技術(shù)研究呼吸調(diào)控的神經(jīng)環(huán)路與機(jī)制。相關(guān)信息請見http://www.lsi.umich.edu/labs/peng-li-lab 招聘要求： （1）研究資歷：在國內(nèi)外獲得博士學(xué)位或應(yīng)屆博士研究生，具有相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)和興趣。具有動物存活手術(shù)，神經(jīng)環(huán)路示蹤，動物行為學(xué)，分子生物學(xué)等研究背景者優(yōu)先。 （2）具有較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立研究工作的能力，能夠熟練閱讀和撰寫英文科研論文。 （3）誠實(shí)守信，熱愛科研，對工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，勤奮努力，有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。 相關(guān)待遇：博士后按照密西根大學(xué)生命科學(xué)研究所規(guī)定享受相關(guān)待遇，訪問學(xué)者和聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)生待遇面談。博士后申請者將有機(jī)會申請the Michigan Life Sciences Fellows program (http://lifescifellows.umich.edu/about)。 申請方式：有興趣的申請者請將研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)和興趣，本人簡歷，以及推薦人聯(lián)系方式發(fā)至 penglium@umich.edu The laboratory of Dr. Peng Li at the Life Sciences Institute of the University of Michigan is seeking postdoctoral fellows (and visiting students) to study neural control of breathing and how it fails in pathological conditions in mouse models (http://www.lsi.umich.edu/labs/peng-li-lab). The Li lab is interested in the molecular and neural basis underlying breathing control and how it goes awry in pathological conditions with breathing abnormalities, such as sleep apnea and sudden infant death syndrome. We employ a combination of state-of-the-art approaches, including viral circuit tracing, optogenetics, chemogenetics, pharmacology, single cell RNAseq, and functional imaging, to dissect the heterogeneity and functions of neuronal populations in the breathing control circuit, and to identify the mechanism by which the emotional and physiological inputs are integrated to generate breathing rhythm and patterns (e.g. Li et al., Nature 2016). We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious young scientists. Applicants with expertise in areas including but not limited to, mouse genetics and behaviors, systems neuroscience, imaging, and respiratory physiology, are welcome to apply.
