摘要：為研究某型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)壓縮機(jī)組動(dòng)力渦輪機(jī)匣是否滿足強(qiáng)度儲(chǔ)備要求，基于局部分析方法，考慮了溫度載荷和氣動(dòng)載荷等特征因素，建立了動(dòng)力渦輪的熱固耦合模型，分析了動(dòng)力渦輪機(jī)匣的變形、應(yīng)力分布情況。研究結(jié)果表明：動(dòng)力渦輪機(jī)匣最大應(yīng)力379.6MPa，滿足設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度儲(chǔ)備要求；而溫度是影響動(dòng)力渦輪機(jī)匣形變與應(yīng)力的主要因素。 To study whether the power turbine casing of Gas-Engine Driven Compressor Set meets the requirements of strength reserve, based on the local analysis method,characteristic factors such as temperature load and pneumatic load are considered. A thermo-mechanical coupling model of the power turbine is established，and the deformation and stress distribution of the casing are analyzed.The research shows that the the maximum stress of the power turbine casing is 379.6 MPa and meets the requirements of design strength reserve. Temperature is the main factor affecting the deformation and stress of power turbine casing. |
