生產(chǎn)模具保養(yǎng) mold maintenance 1．目的：為保證模具正常生產(chǎn)，減少故障及品質(zhì)問題,延長模具使用壽命。 Aim: ensure the mold normal usage, reduce the breakdown and quality problems and prolong mold lifetime 2．適用范圍：注塑部量產(chǎn)中的模具，不含試模模具。 Application arrange: the mold for the mass production ,not for the trial mold. 3．日常保養(yǎng) Routine maintenance 3.1 每班（12H）由責(zé)任技師保養(yǎng)一次，并記錄在《作業(yè)日報(bào)表》上。 Each shift(12H) have a mold maintenance by a technician ,and make the record. 3.2 保養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目: Maintenance items: 3.2.1 前、后模面膠絲、臟物抹拭、清理； Check A,B plate surface for the plastic relic, remove the dirty. 3.2.2 檢查彈簧、頂針、行位有無卡※、燒傷、斷裂等現(xiàn)象，如有應(yīng)落模修理； Check the spring, ejector ,slide for its stuck, burn and broken, if any, repair should be applied. 3.2.3檢查運(yùn)水是否堵塞，如有應(yīng)進(jìn)行疏通； Check the cooling system for its work situation 3.2.4 頂針、行位、導(dǎo)柱、導(dǎo)套等活動部位加黃油。 Grease the movable parts like ejector,slide,guide pin ,bushing and etc 4. 定期保養(yǎng) regular maintenance 4.1 30T～100T： 每生產(chǎn)6萬模保養(yǎng)一次 30T～100T: one time maintenance /60000 shot 150T～160T：每生產(chǎn)5萬模保養(yǎng)一次 150T～160T: one time maintenance /50000 shot 220T～350T：每生產(chǎn)4萬模保養(yǎng)一次 220T～350T：one time maintenance /40000 shot 4.2 保養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目：maintenance items 4.2.1 P/L面膠絲、臟物抹拭、清理； Clean and remove the dirty and plastic relic on P/L surface. 4.2.2 檢查彈簧、頂針、行位有無卡※、燒傷、斷裂等現(xiàn)象，如有應(yīng)落模修理； Check the spring, ejector ,slide for its stuck, burn and broken, if any, repair should be applied. 4.2.3檢查運(yùn)水是否堵塞，如有應(yīng)進(jìn)行疏通； Check the cooling system for its work situation 4.2.4 頂針、行位、導(dǎo)柱、導(dǎo)套等活動部位加黃油； Grease the movable parts like ejector,slide,guide pin ,bushing and etc 4.2.5 分解頂針、行位、抽芯、檢查是否有燒傷、斷裂、嚴(yán)重磨損等現(xiàn)象，如有應(yīng)修理或更換； Check the spring, ejector ,slide for its stuck, burn and broken, if any, repair should be applied. 4.2.6 排氣槽、孔的清理，有困氣燒黑部位加排氣； Check the air vent ,hole. if any air trap found, solve it 4.2.7 損傷、磨損部位修正。 Repair the worn and damaged parts 5．外觀保養(yǎng)：mold surface maintenance 5.2 保養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目:items 5.2.1、模胚外側(cè)涂油漆，以免生銹； Mold base should be painted for the corrosion 5.2.2、落模時(shí)，型腔應(yīng)噴上防銹油； When the mold half open, grease should be applied. 5.2.3、保存時(shí)應(yīng)閉合嚴(yán)實(shí)，防止灰塵進(jìn)入模CORE。 The mold plate should be tight close for the core damage 6．模具保養(yǎng)注意事項(xiàng) 6.1活動部位，每日保養(yǎng)必需加油； Movable parts should be greased everyday 6.2模面必須清潔：不得在P/L面粘標(biāo)簽紙；禁止產(chǎn)品粘模未取出仍繼續(xù)啤貨； The P/L surface must be clean, no paper on the P/L surface ,the works will continue only after the plastic relic is removed 6.3發(fā)現(xiàn)異常，如頂出異常，開合模響聲大等必須及時(shí)維修停機(jī)檢查、維修。 Some unusual situation happened ,such as abnormal ejection ,big sound of mold open, the process should be stopped for the check and repair |
