兩篇: 固體推進(jìn)劑應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變與使用壽命關(guān)系 Relationship between stress-strain and service life of solid propellant 【摘要】 以Eying動(dòng)力學(xué)公式為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合推進(jìn)劑應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變關(guān)系公式,將應(yīng)力應(yīng)變因素引入動(dòng)力學(xué)公式,推導(dǎo)出了應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變與動(dòng)力學(xué)公式的關(guān)系,并利用定載荷試驗(yàn)和定應(yīng)變試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了上述關(guān)系。研究表明在推進(jìn)劑的老化過程中,應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變的作用等效于降低了推進(jìn)劑老化的表觀活化能,從而加速推進(jìn)劑的老化。應(yīng)力對(duì)活化能作用系數(shù)γ的計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變對(duì)加速推進(jìn)劑老化、縮短推進(jìn)劑壽命的作用是顯著的。利用推導(dǎo)出的應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變與動(dòng)力學(xué)公式的關(guān)系,可以使推進(jìn)劑壽命預(yù)測的結(jié)果更接近于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)中推進(jìn)劑的實(shí)際使用壽命。 【Abstract】 Based on the Eying dynamics formula and stressstrain relation of solid propellant,the factors of stress and train were involved in the dynamics formula to obtain the relationships between them,and the relationships were validated by constant load test and constant strain test.The investigation shows the effects of stress and strain,which accelerate the aging of propellant.It is equivalent to the effect of reducing the aging apparent activation energy.The calculated result of coefficient γ indica... 更多 【文獻(xiàn)出處】 推進(jìn)技術(shù) ,Journal of Propulsion Technology , 編輯部郵箱 ,2006年04期 方坯藥預(yù)測壽命與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)推進(jìn)劑藥柱實(shí)際壽命差異研究 Investigation on the differences between predicted lifetime of propellant carton and actual lifetime of motor propellant grain 【摘要】 從固化條件、貯存條件、應(yīng)力狀態(tài)條件和預(yù)測方法 4個(gè)方面,分析了方坯藥預(yù)測壽命與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)推進(jìn)劑藥柱實(shí)際壽命存在差異的原因。針對(duì)以上原因提出了用修正因子、受力狀態(tài)模擬試驗(yàn)和老化動(dòng)力學(xué)研究等方法來減少這種差異的技術(shù)途徑,以提高推進(jìn)劑壽命預(yù)測的準(zhǔn)確性。 【Abstract】 The differences between predicted lifetime of the propellant carton and actual lifetime of the motor propellant grain were analyzed from four aspects of curing condition, storage condition, stress condition and predicted method.
