伊利諾伊大學芝加哥分校 Dr. Pai-Yen Chen,課題組相關(guān)信息鏈接網(wǎng)站https://paiyenchen.com/, 有意向的同學可以直接與Dr. Chen聯(lián)系,博士,交流意向均可, To Prospective PhD Students and Postdoctoral Fellows: Prof. Pai-Yen Chen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA (starting date: August 2018). Currently, Dr. Chen’s lab at UIC has open positions for Ph.D. students, postdoctoral fellow and visiting scholar, who can start from 2018 Fall semester. His research mainly focuses on applied electromagnetics, wireless sensors for IoTs and RFID applications, RF/microwave antennas and circuits, as well as practice of metamaterials and metasurfaces. If you are interested in joining Dr. Chen’s multidisciplinary research team, please forward your CV and related materials to: pychen@uic.edu. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in RF and microwave front-end designs, PCB and RFIC design, antennas, and electromagnetics theory, PT-symmetry and non-Hermitian physics, and time-modulated antennas and metamaterials. Dr. Chen has published 75 peer-review papers in Nature, Nature Electronics, and numerous IEEE transactions (total citation > 3000; h-index: 27), 70 conference proceedings, 1 book, 6 book chapters, and 10 US patents. He serves as Associated Editor of 3 IEEE journals and TPCs of international symposia and conferences. He also received several prestigious awards, federal grants, DoD and DoE fellowships, and best papers in major IEEE conferences. UIC ECE is among one of the top-ranked Electrical Engineering program in the United States and has well developed infrastructures for studies and research (https://www.ece.uic.edu/). UIC is the largest university in the Chicago area and serves approximately 30,000 students within 15 colleges & schools. Chicago is the third most populous city in the United States. It is the birthplace of the skyscraper and perhaps the most influential architectural city of the 20th century.
