二審ready for decision四次次變Under Review

投了一篇2區(qū)SCI：一審大修，副編意見如下：The authors have shown nice mathmatical skills in presenting the results. However, the economic disptach has been studied extensively in the literature. The literature review is rather weak. There are no comparisons results with any state-of-the-art methods. Please enhance the simulation results section by adding more comparsion results. Please resubmit the paper once these revisions are done. 大修提交一個月后變成Ready for decision.但當(dāng)天又變成Under Review。增加第三個人審稿Under Review持續(xù)1個月后，有變成Ready for decision，結(jié)果當(dāng)天又變成Under Review，Under Review 持續(xù)40多天后發(fā)郵件催稿，回復(fù)說等第四個審稿人意見。又持續(xù)三天變成Ready for decision，結(jié)果當(dāng)天又變成Under Review�。。〈笮薜亩䦟徔偣沧兞巳蜶eady for decision，四次變成Under Review！�。。∏蟾魑粠熜謳熃愀嬖V下我這是怎么回事��？我該怎么辦？謝謝 沒有拒絕審稿，每次都是一個多月回傳審稿意見。但為什么每次Ready for decision當(dāng)天就又變成Under review？二審已將第三次增加審稿人了沒有出現(xiàn)過拒審，為什么還under review呢？謝謝 |
